The published tariff for Transit Clearance Certificates, effective 1 January 2026.
Fee tiers
The Transit Clearance Fee is determined by the vessel's declared deadweight tonnage (DWT).

| Vessels 20,000 – 79,999 DWT | $75,000 |
| Vessels 80,000 – 199,999 DWT | $125,000 |

Certificate issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Fleet rate
−10%
Applied when 3 or more vessels are lodged together in a single fleet application.
Anonymous Passage
+$85,000
Vessel name and particulars suppressed from all public clearance boards, live traffic, and vessel position listings. HTCA internal compliance records are maintained. Certificate issued under transit reference number only.
Anonymous passage fee is not subject to fleet rate discount.
